Variance  =∑y(D*D)/N

Variance =336/5

Variance = 67.2

Standard deviation=sqrt(variance)

Therefore Standard deviation = sqrt(67.2)

Therefore for the given data

Variance = 67.2 and Standard deviation = 8.1976
