The other options will obviously raise doubts on the quality on the sample data.

1. Of order is not right then we the responder of the survey will never answer rightly as he may get confused where exactly is the survey heading to and hence his repsonses may not be correct

2. Missing data obviously means that there may occur skew or disparate statistics if thwre is a huge amounts of data is missing

3. No responses - huge percentage of non responses means that a small sample' proportion has responded , which means data quantity is smaller than expected. This means data is not reliable because the we need more data to rely on the inaigtsi

Hence , options 1 to 3 are wrong.and 4th is correct
