We have used MINITAB software for this problem,

to test

H0: means are equal

vs

H1: means are not equal

here we assume significance level = 0.05

at significance 0.05 we can see that p-value =0.082 > 0.05

hence we can accept H0 and can say that at 95% confidence the means are equal.
