The Net Promoter Score is calculated as the difference between the percentage of Promoters and Detractors. Consider the following table:

Passive 345 46%
Detractors 180 24%
Total 750 100%

The NPS is, therefore, Promoters - Detractors = 30% - 24% = +6

Hence :
