It is very obvious that the data is collected from the the person who has survived in the fighting, not from the died person; as a matter of fact the survived person will not accept the guilty of killing his/ her opponent fighters.

If the data is collected from eye witnesses, it is expected that they will speak for the Survived person as the opponent fighter has already been died, from the sympathetic ground.

Hence, the data collected may not be reliable at all. This is a type of misuse of statistics.
