Alternate hypothesis Ha : P > 0.94

We tell about the tail of the test by observing alternate hypothesis

If it has > symbol then the test is right tailed

If it has < symbol then the test is left tailed

If it has not equal to sign then the test is two tailed

As it has > sign, it is right tailed test

First conclusion would be like

We fail to reject the null hypothesis

In that case, we do not have enough evidence to conclude that proportion is greater than 0.94

Second conclusion can be that we reject the null hypothesis
