The combined weight of each passenger (or crew member) and his/her luggage is has a mean of 198.4 lbs. with a standard deviation of 65.6 lbs.

A) What is the probability of randomly selecting one passenger with a weight that exceeds the limit? Assume that the weights are normally distributed.
