Mode is the average which is used to find the average size like in manufacture of ready made garments and shoes. Average size is determined on the basis of highest frequency of the size. For example is the size 7 of shoes is most frequent then we infer that average size is 7.

Similarly in case we want to tell average height of males of a country we can use mode for the maximum frequency of height will be termed as average height.
