In regression analysis we use regression to check average relationship between independent and dependent variables.

At the end of the regression analysis we get the regression equation which indicates that relationship between this variables.

The coefficients of the independant variables are nothing but weightsweights.

Those variables having p value less than level of significance that variables are removed from the the equation.

The more R^2 is then your model is good to fit.

Adjusted R^2 should be small for fitting of model
