Test statistic  χ2 = 10.65

Now to state the null and alternative hypothesis:

Null hypothesis H0: P1=P2=P3=P4=P5

Alternative hypothesis H1: H0 is not true

This is a right tailed test.

Decision:

Critical value χ2(4) < test statistic  χ2

9.49 < 10.65

Since the chi square critical value is less than the chi square statistic.Therefore we reject the null hypothesis(H0).
