Given that CPI = 0.5

CPI is used to measure or analyze the cost efficiency of the project. It measures how much of work is completed against the actual cost spent. If CPI <1, then the project is over the estimated budget

CPI = earned value / actual cost

Here CPI is 0.5 which is less than 1, so the project actual cost will be over the budget

Hence the cost is the most concerned aspect for the project

So Answer is Cost

SPI is measure of how well we are progressing on the project and it is a measure of schedule efficiency.

IF SPI >1, then it means that the project is ahead of schedule
