In data collection , data source have very important role . Therefore the data source should be primary . If data source is secondary type then it should be from official sites or government sites or from the official records.
Reliability and validity can be checked with help of reviews about the data and checking the consistency of results it can assessed for reliability. For validity we can check for the theory developed based on the current data and their results.
The selection of specific data is totally depends on the objective of research. By studying the objective we can get to know what type of data we require.
For the educational purposes we had collected the primary data. We used the stratified sampling for the selection of samples and research design like chi square test of independence ,t test for comparison of means were used.
