Assuming that each of the 4 components has maximum marks out of 100, the final grade here is computed as the sum product of the weightage with the marks obtained in each component

= homework weightage * Marks in homework + Quizzes weightage * Marks in Quizzes + midterm exam weightage * Marks in midterm exam + final exam weightage * Marks in final exam

= 0.1*80.86 + 0.2*67.87 + 0.3*80.14 + 0.4*63.24

= 70.998

Therefore 71.00 is the required final grade here ( rounded to 2 decimal places )
