The following methods help us identify if the graphs are biased or not :

1. observe the axis: if the axis do not start from origin or if the scales are uneven , then the graph may show a biased data

2. Skewed data: if the data or the normal curve shows some extended curve on either sides, it may indicate that the data is influenced by some specific bias

3. Outliers: Presence of outliers in the data can indicate the bias involved in the data

You can observe that the second graph doesnot actually start from 0 for y axis and that indicates the presence of bias in the data
