Conditional probability depends on the occurance of some other event.

For example we are to find P(A|B)(prob of A given B) thatis Prob of A when B have already occurred.  

Therefore P(A|B)=P(A​​​​B)/P(B)

Permutation probability means which are calulated with the help of permutation and combination problem. This kind of probability can be solved using Classical theorem of probability (number of favourable outcome/ all possible outcome). Conditional probability also can obtain from permutation probability.
