Q = 1-P = 1-0.545 = 0.455

Test statistic:

P-value = 0.2942             .....................Using standrad Normal table

P-value > , i.e 0.2942 > 0.10, That is Fail to reject Ho at 10% level of significance.

Therefore, population eating the same ice cream.
