The Healthy Teens for Life Foundation carried out a survey. To collect data, the Foundation selected households by generating phone numbers at random. These numbers were dialed. When the phone was answered, the caller stated that he or she was conducting a survey for the Healthy Teens for Life Foundation.
If the person agreed to participate, the following question was asked: Do you favor banning soda and candy vending machines in all public schools?
Of the 4,000 households called, 1,215 agreed to participate and answered the question. Three of the following are potential problems with the design of the study. Which one is NOT a potential problem introduced by the design of this study?

Some people may have answered the question the way they thought the Foundation wanted them to answer, even if their opinion was actually different. |

The Foundation only called households that were likely to favor banning soda and candy vending machines. |

The people who refused to participate may have had different opinions than those that responded. |
I think (D) Option is not a potential problem introduced by the design of this study beceause they do not participate the survey that means that is not involved in sampling so they not influence directly. Because we have lots of population and its not possible to survey every one and it not possible to every one give answer. Its may be possible that they favour it or may be possible they do not . so i think they excluded to the survey , its better for design of survey.
