The lack of practical  significance of the results.

see the correlation value is small but not zero and result is statistically significant it mean there exits some degree of relation between these two variables.

It is never appropriate to conclude that changes in one variable cause changes in another based on correlation alone. Only properly controlled experiments enable you to determine whether a relationship is causal.This means practical significance of the results is still questionable.

Also correlation is weak.

So whether self confidence causes achievement to improve is not conclusive as of this result alone.
