Ha : p <= 0.20

= x / n = 102/600=0.17

P0 = 0.20

1 - P0 = 0.80

Test statistic = z

= - P0 / [P0 * (1 - P0 ) / n]

=0.17-0.20 / [(0.20*0.80) / 600]

= -1.84

=P(z < -1.84) = 0.033 z table
