The null and alternative hypothesis is

H0 : p =0.04

Ha : p >0.04

= x / n = 7/100=0.07

P0 = 0.04

1 - P0 = 1-0.04=0.96

Test statistic = z

= - P0 / [P0 * (1 - P0 ) / n]

= 0.07-0.06/ [(0.04*0.96) /100 ]

Z= 0.51

P(z >0.51 ) = 1 - P(z < 0.51) = 1-0.695=0.305

P-value = 0.305

= 0.05
