The Stem and Leaf plot gives a graphical representation of the frequency (leaf) for each class of values (stem) which is used to visualize the shape of a distribution and also help to detect the outliers if any.
The Stem and Leaf plot is organized as follows,
Where usually the stem represents the first digit of a data point and the leaf represents the second digit of a point. (For example, 1 | 1 represents the 11 or 4 | 7 represent 47)
Distribution: From the plot, we can see that the data values are concentrated towards the right side which means the distribution is skewed to the left (longer tail towards left-side), or negatively skewed. And since the distribution is skewed, the median is the appropriate measure of central tendency and range is the appropriate measure of the spread of the data values.
