Delta:                                                                                                                             Northwest:

Sample Mean = 2.5 minutes                                                                                     Sample Mean = 2.1 minutes

Sample Standard Deviation = 0.8 minutes                                                               Sample Standard Deviation = 1.1 minutes

Sample Size = 22                                                                                                      Sample Size = 20

  1. Formulate the hypotheses if the purpose is to test for a significant difference between the mean times for the two airlines.
  2. Perform the test and describe your conclusion, using 0.05 level of significant.

Please show calculation on paper. Thank you.
