Dear student, Please help to provide the model equation so as to understand the question better. We do not have the earlier part as well to answer this part. Sorry for the trouble but you can add these details in the comments and I would love to clarify your doubts there.

What I understood from this is

In regression with multiple independent variables, the coefficient tells you how much the dependent variable is expected to increase when that independent variable increases by one, holding all the other independent variables constant. Remember to keep in mind the units in which your variables are measured in.
