In this method, the choice with the most first-preference votes is declared the winner. Ties are possible, and would have to be settled through some sort of run-off vote.

Voters in the third column might be inclined to vote insincerely because in Voters in first and column have voted against each other and decision of voters in third column will decide the final winners. If voters in third column their choice prefernces it might the chnage the winnner.
