A percentile  is a measure used in statistics indicating the value below which a given percentage of observations in a group of observations falls. For example, the 75thpercentile is the value (or score) below which 75% of the observations may be found.

There are three quartiles 1st quartile is at 25% of the data , 2nd quartile is cover 50% of the data and 3rd quartile is at 75%.The upper quartile (sometimes called Q3) is the number dividing the third and fourth quartile. The upper quartile can also be thought of as the median of the upper half of the numbers. The third quartile is also called the 75th percentile ; it splits the lowest 75% of data from the highest 25%.

So the answer is third quartile.
