Normality assumption is very important, it can't be violated. So I recommend don't do any hypothesis test now. Because the test may be invalid. If possible you could collect another sample with adequate sample size. Remember your sample must contain atleast 10 success and 10 failures. If you can collect more than 30 sample , then Central Limit Theorem kicks in and now you can conduct a Single sample Proportional Hypothesis test.
