The answer is option B i.e systematic sampling.

In systematic sampling when N=nk where N= population size, n = sample size ,and k is the integer multiplier.

so suppose we need to select n samples from the population of size N by the scheme of systematic sampling..so we do that marking the whole population from 1 to N=nk.

Then we select a random no. from 1 to k ..let's say it's "i". where i belonging to [1,k]

so after getting" i " our sample of size would be observations marking i, i+k, i+2k, ......i+(n-1)k th observation..

so systematic sampling always deals with the selection of sample in a fixed distance ..as here we are selecting every 175 th sample so it's a case of systematic sampling...
