HIM = Health Information Management

It is a type of information management which contains medical information vital to providing quality patient care in health and health care.

In this management frequency table is useful to manage the data about beds ,no.of patient for particular disease, preparing chart of particular diseases in a year . Frequency tables are used by us is mainy to know that viral effect in the college during monsoon .  

Example for this is to know the total no. of patient in a year in a bh hospital and the patient is effected by cancer and also known the stage of cancer and making a frequency table for age groups as 0-3 ,3-6 ,6-9 ,9-12,.......,57-60 and their frequency .
