Answer #1

Solution-

1)- Ans- we can use Tukey test, when we need to determine if the interaction among three or more variable is mutually significant.

2)- Ans- we need to used this test because, it is basically multiple comparison test that can be used to determine which    means amongst a set of means differ from the rest.

3)- Ans- let us consider 2 sample t-test here. The model assumptions of the two sample t-tests foe means is that the observations between groups, as well as within groups, are independent. Thus if we chose sample so that there is some natural pairing, then two sample t-test is not appropriate.for this reason we may avoid to use pairs of two sample tests.

4)- Ans- ANOVA tests are basically used to determine whether you have significant from tests or not .Here we consider a two way ANOVA with replication and without replication. The main difference between with replication and without   replication is that, the a two way ANOVA with replication is performed when you have two groups and individuals within that group are doing more than one thing while a two way ANOVA without replication is performed when you only have one group. It can compare a group of individuals performing more than one task.
