assuming a two tailed test and normal population,

a) at 10% confidence interval the value of Z is 1.645 and all the given values are greater than 1.645 so we can reject the null hypothesis for these give test statistics.

b) if true is 3.03% but we use as 5% then we can be more than happy with the results, if we reject a hypothesis at 95% confidence interval then we automatically reject it in 90% similarly if we reject a hypothesis at 96.97% confidence interval then we will reject it in 95% as well.
