(ii) Variable that can be manipulated by the researcher: STOP and QUIT programs

(iii) Variables that can be measured and compared: Getting smokers to quit

For the Experimental Research, Control Group is required in which the effect on getting smokers to quit is measured when both the Treatments: STOP and QUIT are not there. This control group is provided by the No Treatment Group.
