From the confidence intervals of the difference between the means we conclude that there is only one pair of conditions A and D which have a significantly different means.

Because the coonfidence interval for the difference of means of that pair does not include zero.

From the difference ( mean of condition A - mean of condition B ) we get negative value. Also the upper bount of this interval is -2.24 which is negative. So we can say that the mean of condition D is significantly greater than the mean ofcondition A.
