Median is the middle observation.

We first put the values in increasing order and then find the middle observation.

So the 13th observation is the middle one, which is 123.

Hence Median = 123

A mode is an observation which has the highest frequency, that is which comes more frequently.

Here we can see only 127 comes twice, so 127 is the mode.

d)
