lemda = average customers coming per hour = 3
average customers coming in every 2 hours = 3* 2 = 6
P(X=x) in poisson distribution = {e^(rate) * rate^(X)} / X!
Note - in second part , customers coming between 9 am to 11:30 am will be same as 10 am and 11:30 am as the store will open at 10 am
