You want to test this claim. Ten years ago, a survey found that out of 150 agricultural workers in the state, 24 of them were undocumented (illegal). A recent survey of 200 Wisconsin agricultural workers found that 36 were illegals. Does this evidence support the claim made in the editorial at the 90% confidence level, namely that there are a different amount of illegals now?
