Please walk me through how to do the standard deviation of the differences. I know the critical . value is -1.895, and the mean of the differences is -3.375.  

My original numbers were 370/8 (Mean of 46.25) and 397/8 (Mean of 49.625) with a 95% CI.

The standard deviation for the groups are 10.92 and and 10.71
