The topic of my research is IS facebook addiction negatively impact the work performance of the employee

what would be the best answer for the following question regarding my title.

1. Describes measures (e.g., Big Five Inventory) you used to collect your data;

2. what can be the dependent variables and independent variables

3. what can be the null hypothesis and alternative hypothesis for the above research topic.

Big five inventory will be following

i ) How much time spend on Facebook during office time.

ii) what is their feedback according to company norm

iii) are their performance very bad, bad ,average good or very good

iv) is delivered work on time or not

v) How much effective time spend with team mate on your project discission.

Independent variable will be ---- time spend on facebook, feedback,time spend on project discussion, delivered work on time or not

Dependent variable will be--- performances

3)

Null hypothesis-- is performance impact negatively on the basis of independent variables.

Alternative hypothesis-- is performance dies not impact negatively on the basis of independent variables
