The Test  statistic  z is,

= ( -  ) /  ( /   n)

=( 7.8 - 7.9 ) / (10 / 200 )

= ( - 0.1 *   200 /10 )

= (- 0.1* 200 ) / 10

= - 0.45

Test  statistic   = - 0.45
