In this problem, we have to test, Is there a baby season or not.

H0: Every season has the same number of babies born each year.

H1: Every season has the unequal number of babies born each year.

This is a problem of the goodness of fit which can be tested by Chi-Square test.

Value of test statistic is 4.32

P-value is 0.23

Since, P-value is less than 0.05 i.e. 5%. So, we will reject the Null Hypothesis. Hence, we can conclude that every season has the unequal number of babies born each year.
