Step-by-Step procedure:

1. First bring data in to excel file.

2.Save the file in your local drive as "Ch01_SalesSummary".

3. Open MS access blank database .(if you open ms access, the system will ask to open as blank database)

4. click that and create a database.

5.Select "External data" option in the top of the ribbon and goto " new data source" option --> From file --> excel
