Step-by-Step procedure:

1. First bring data in to excel file.

2.Save the file in your local drive as "Ch01_SalesSummary".

3. Open MS access blank database .(if you open ms access, the system will ask to open as blank database)

4. click that and create a database.

5.Select "External data" option in the top of the ribbon and goto " new data source" option --> From file --> excel

Here do not import option is there.. you can use that option to exclude the columns.

DAta type also you can fix based on the header and type of the data.

Primery key wil lbe fixed in this step.
