use F distribution table for 0.05 significance level

check df1 in the top row and df2 in the left most column, then select the intersecting cell, we get F critical value

F critical = 3.682

it is clear that the F calculated is greater than the F critical value

therefore, result is significant and we can reject the null hypothesis

we can conclude that there is a significant difference between the means because the result is significant at 0.05 significance level
