There are 3 bookshelves with some empty spaces and we want to arrange 8 books in them. The first bookshelf has space for up to 3 books, the second bookshelf has space for up to 4 books, and the third bokshelf has space for up to 4 books. a) How many ways can we arrange the books in the bookshelves, supposing that we always use the three bookshelves? The order in which the books are arranged does not matter. b)What is the probability that the first bookshelf turn out to be filled? This means that after arranging the books, the first shelf has no empty spaces left.
