alternate hypothesis:Ha: 0

as approximate critical value for 5% level of significance z =-/+1.96

therefore rejection region : z >1.96 or z<-1.96

here test statistic z =estimated slope/std error =(0.1766/0.055)=3.21

as test statistic is in rejection region; we reject null hypothesis

we have sufficient evidence to conclude that X variable is a significant determinant of your dependent (Y) variable
