According to the Transportation Bureau, 22% of flights in the U.S. failed to arrive on time (more than 15 minutes late) in 2009. A recent random sample of 800 flights is taken and 184 of them failed to arrive on time. Test at the 0.01 level of significance whether the current percentage of U.S. flights that arrive late exceeds 22%.
