In Excel, What is the meaning of a What-If Analysis?

What-If Analysis in Excel is basically a tool that helps you in comparing scenarios and in reverse calculations if needed.

In What_If Analysis you can provide the output and get the input just the reverse of what formulas does.

It helps you find out what inputs will give the given output.

There are other uses like changing the input variables and see how it affect the output..

There are 3 different methos of what if analysis in Excel.

1.Scenario Manager

2.Goal seek

3,Data table

Each have different uses indicated by their names.
