I have a portion of a project that I am unsure of what to do. I do not know which formula I would need to utilize to find the answer to this. Below is the prompt with some background info:

We’ll make some decisions about XX to answer our research question. Starting on Monday, July 12th, XX holds an open mic in the hopes of attracting more customers.

Research Question: Is there evidence that the open mic succeeded in its goal?

There are 2 sets of data, the data before the open mic and the data after the open mic was established. I need to compare the two sets and say if it succeeded or not.

Answer #1

This is a clear case of before and after design experiment and can be analysed using the t paired test in excel ,

choose the 2 data points and then goto data > data analysis tab and select p aired test

please see the screenshots below for a sample data , you can follow the same procedure on the data set

as the p value is not less than 0.01 , hence we fail to reject the null hypothesis and conlcude that there is no difference in the means values of the before and the after set up

Possible Duplicate: What experiments prove the greenhouse effect? I am seeking for a proof that CO2 is a greenhouse gas. I posted this on Skeptic.SE recently but found no help in seeking for proof: I assisted to a physicist conference in my university a few years ago against the case that carbon dioxide was a cause of global warming. The main point was that CO2 is not a greenhouse gas. I did a research to find evidence for either side...

To do so, you will need one additional piece of information that is not present on the doctors’ statements: their maximum annual debt service is $22,200.
