degrees of freedom = n - 1 = 10 - 1 = 9

t/2,df = 3.250

Margin of error = E = t/2,df * (s /n)

= 3.250 * ( 13.3 / 10)

Margin of error = E = 13.67

The 99% confidence interval estimate of the population mean is,

- E < < + E

29.2 - 13.67 < < 29.2 + 13.67

15.53 < < 42.87
