Which of the following is not an assumption for computing a two-way between-subjects ANOVA?

The population being sampled from is normally distributed.

Participants were selected using a random procedure.

One observation has no effect on the likelihood of another observation.

There is homogeneity of variance and homogeneity of covariance.

The following is not a required assumption for computing a two-way between-subjects ANOVA:

One observation has no effect on the likelihood of another observation.

All the remaining assumptions are required for computing a two-way between-subjects ANOVA - populations should be normal, random and there should be homogeneity of variance and homogeneity of covariance. Only the above assumption is not required.
