It is calculated by formula as:

R = P / 100*(N + 1)

where R = Percentile Rank

          P = Percentile and

          N = Number of items

For given data values Percentile Rank can be calulated as below:

a) Percentile Rank for 4 = 4/100*(10+1) = 0.44

b) Percentile Rank for 7 = 7/100*(10+1) = 0.77

c) Percentile Rank for 2 = 2/100*(10+1) = 0.22
