Answer #1

Quasi Experimental designs are designs that resemble an experiment but neither participaNTS and randomly assigned to treatments nor the treatments randomly assigned to treatment for the groups.

In true experiment , experimentor has complete contol over the experiment

Differenence between True and Quasi Experiment are :

1. In true experiment , experimentor has complete contol over the experiment whereas in Quasi the experimentor does not have control over the assignment of subject to condition.

2. In true experiment design , variables are manipulated. Whereas in quasi design manipulation of variables is not possible but we select Categories of subjects.

In True experiment we assign subjects randomly to groups . We cannot assign subjects to group but must accept existing groups
